Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction with Bluenotes Inc. DBA MAMBA CRM is critical to us.

With the exception of the first month, we bill for our services at the end of the month.

Any cancellation will be prorated from the next due date and payment will be charged to the card on file.

If cancelled, you will have 72 hours to export your data; after that, anything still present will be erased, and we will not be held liable.

For avoidance of doubt and generality, you agree and understand that you authorize us to set up an automatic monthly payment using the card on file.

The company decides whether to pause the subscription and may have backup plans.

Any integrations from 3rd party applications or compliance billed to you are non-refundable as the work is charged for labor to our development team and cant be returned.

We reserve the right to limit your access to the system in the event of nonpayment, and five business days following payment, we reserve the right to cancel and delete your system without prior written or email notification.
